The prestigious Rib Room Bar & Restaurant is already a Knightsbridge favourite, known for superb British cuisine and hearty meals.
The restaurant is on the ground floor of the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, overlooking Cadogan Square near the heart of Knightsbridge. Most significantly, it is also the venue to host award-winning British chef Michael Wignall, with a special pop-up restaurant and eight-course tasting menu available from 15 – 18 May 2013.
Michael Wignall at The Latymer in Surrey opened in 2008 and is now regarded as one of Britain’s best restaurants, earning Michael an impressive two-Michelin Stars and five AA Rosettes. Michael’s guest appearance at The Rib Room will — unbelievably — be the first time he has cooked in a London restaurant.

Known for his technical and elaborate presentation, Michael was recently voted ‘Best Chef You Have Never Heard Of’ by Olive magazine. This reputation has more to do with him spending more time in the kitchen than in front of the cameras, and he is in fact very well known by those in the know. His public profile has also been on the rise recently, as he has been making guest appearances on several cooking programs, including BBC’s Masterchef.
